Spring Bucket List: try a new park

Sweet Turtle Soup - Spring Bucket List: try a new park
We are doubling up this week to finish off our Spring Bucket List! Spring went by in the blink of an eye, bucket lists always seem to make time just fly. A good thing during the miserable months in Florida really. One of our last items to check off was "try a new park". There was a park recently built that we hadn't made it to yet, so we thought we'd head over there. It's a completely disability friendly park. I'd also heard it is packed a lot of the time, which is not my idea of a fun playground. But, it was later in the day and about to storm so we thought there might be a nice lull. Thankfully we were right. Aria loved it. They had a lot of unique equipment. The highlight for Aria was a zipline with a bucket seat. She could have zipped back and forth all day, and I can definitely see how that would be less fun with a whole slew of kids wanting to do the same thing. We will absolutely have to make it back when the weather looks terrible again!

  1. This looks like so much fun, I want to play there! We've found that when the weather is about to get bad is the best time to go to the park too haha!

  2. That park is awesome. It'd say Aria had a great time. I want to go. Some of those activities look so fun. We don't have anything like that at our playground.

  3. What a fun park. We've been discovering some new ones this Summer too and I've made notes on ones that I think will be beautiful come Fall.

  9. Wow, that's a cool park! I've heard about the disability friendly ones and think it's such a great idea. I laughed when you said you'll have to go back when the weather looks terrible again :) Usually it's the opposite!

  13. That looks so similar to a new to us park we recently tried out too! I think all parks should really add shade. Then we could actually visit during summer.
