Sweet Sunday

February 15th - March 7th
All of our simple and sweet moments from the past three weeks.

Running around in the backyard enjoying the last of the pleasant and cool weather.

Aria's first Dr. Seuss book. She is a huge fan.

Pretty Pretty Princess Playdoh.

Dad fashioned her a new look with dish towels. She thought it was the best thing ever. My favorite bit was that when she turned around she was flashing a chunk of butt cheek. I think it will be the newest fashion craze.

Daddy and daughter sky gazing.

Baxter and Lizzy went nuts sniffing the back deck the other morning. I told Aria they must smell Manny (our visiting armadillo) and she decided to see if she could catch a whiff too.

We hit up the pond to feed the ducks. Aria had a good conversation with a stork. And, then she insisted we go inside to look at the books instead of playing on the playground. She's totally my kid! We also came home with 9 books and every single one of them is a hit.

I made Aria some chalk paint the other day. When she was done with her masterpiece it turned into filling the buckets with water over and over.

  4. All of these snapshots are so sweet!! As always, Aria is adorable in each of them! Whether she's starting a new style courtesy of her dad & a couple dish towels, or asking her mom for sunglasses to complete her look, she's always stylin'! ;) So awesome that she shares your enthusiasm for books! Love that pic of her in the library -- she looks so lit'l and cute at the angle you shot that from. :) Hope you and your sweet family have a terrific week ahead! xo

  11. Love the sky gazing and sniffing pics, although it's hard to choose favorites when there's so much cuteness in one post. That's a pretty realistic dinosaur you guys have got in your library!
