It's the Little Things :: 8

Joining up with Ashley at Words About Waverly and Jess at Sadie Sky Boutique today for their 'little things' link up! I've got a short but sweet video to share today of Aria going down a slide. Chris set her up at the top and I caught her at the bottom over and over and over because she couldn't get enough. It was super funny when she was just about to start sliding she would start breathing really hard with a crazed smile on her face. What a nut. Check her out in action!

  1. What a sweet video! I am really trying to be better about taking more "home movies". We take little clips here or there, but I want to have more footage where we say the date and what is going on Iike my dad used to do! Your daughter will treasure this when she is older!

    1. Saying the date and what is going on is a great addition to home videos, good idea! My papa was a huge video taker, so I do love that I have all sorts of home movies to watch...not that I ever actually do it. He would tape the entirety of Christmas morning, ha.

    1. I'm bummed this was the only one I took. I was too nervous that she'd slide off the end or something...even when my legs were in the way. Over protective mama over here. She was about to make a happy face after the terrified exhilarated face. Now if it would just stop raining so much and getting all the neighborhood slides wet I could take her daily!

  3. Oh, she looked excited and a little scared! haha. It's so cute to watching them experience new things at different ages.

    1. Yes, the first few times I wasn't sure if she liked it at all...she looks so freaked out! But, she would smile so big at the top too. So she must be like her mama and enjoys the adrenaline thrills!

    1. Right, it was cracking me up so I had to share even if it was so short...like 'I'm so exicted! (at the top) 'omg what did I get myself into???' (as soon as she started moving). Kids are the funniest.

    1. It was a terrifying experience that she couldn't get enough of, haha! I couldn't help but laugh every time she came down with that face. And, then more more more, mama, let's do it again (well she signed more anyways) =)

    1. She was too funny going down it. Angry looking baffled scared faces, and faces of pure joy! She went over and over, I lost count. Chris waited at the top so when she got to me I would hoist her up to him and nobody had to climb up the stairs! She was annoyed that we were leaving at the end and threw herself in the sand and licked it...sure showed us, ha. Ick.

  9. Aww, her face at the end is priceless! Ezzy and I watched this together and he was giggling so much that we had to watch it a second time ;)
